Pros

- decent benefits through Paramount, and they can provide you tech like laptops - high PTO bank - allows remote work - new management since around 2021, they're much easier to work with and understand when life issues pop up - bosses mostly leave you alone and trust you do the job - opportunities to interview celebrities

Cons

- daily entertainment news can be a grind, especially if you're just writing tons of aggregated stories - all digital media should be paid more industry wide - lack of vision and multimedia opportunities - Paramount's high-level corporate issues cause unease

Pros

great colleagues in terms of providing guidance, acceptable salary package and benefits as an agency

Cons

millions of task to complete which is a completely waste of time, reporting in multiple systems which is not user-friendly. I never end work on time and always need to work in the weekend. Poor future career development. Basically there are people joining and leaving every month, they do not try the best to hold the talent instead just let go.
