      Pros

      A great place for people who really care about our cause - believing in our mission is really important. Feel lucky to work here especially after seeing jobs and organizations collapse last year and that we can stay focused on our work. Benefits and salaries are good and there are new big donor programs. Happy with the leaders and the people on my team.

      Cons

      Small teams so there isn't a lot there to spread the work around and our work is always under attack so this can be stressful.

      Compelling mission and lower staff members are good

      Cons

      Toxic culture and leadership. Board is useless. CEO is unethical and abusive and uses PAI money as her personal bank account. She does not trust anyone. All hiring have to be approved by her creating bottlenecks. Last program director left shortly after she was hired. Funders don't care about staff conditions.
