Some good colleagues and benefits available.

Cons

Unfortunately this company is not doing well. Leadership has been absent for a long time so I doubt the situation will improve unless investors take decisive action. Although the company prides itself of their culture, their values are poorly reflected across most of the organisation. Generally, the growth outlook is poor and management only care about themselves.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you feel this way about our culture and our leadership team. Our leadership team are supported by our investors when it comes to company decisions. From having worked here, you'll know that we need to be agile, with the ability to adapt and change at speed and as needed. This doesn't suit everyone, but it's essential that we evolve and learn from everything we do, otherwise we simply won't progress. Very few businesses have certain futures, but every single person at Poq is valued and makes a difference. Without each of those people, there would be no Poq. We all care about each other and it makes me sad to read that you feel managers only care about themselves, I know each one personally and I view the opposite to be true. I do wish you all the best in your future career and hope you find happiness in your next role.

Woeful, ineffective, absent leadership steering towards doom

Free Fruit Free Cake Nice Office (although a bit empty now)

Cons

The CEO and COO are woefully inadequate. The values are a farce, the leadership team in particular act the complete opposite of them. The product team is absent. No visible product enhancements in over 2 years.
