You get a discount automobile after one year of employment

Cons

Everything. The company is mismanaged in every way. Mostly run by German interns. The leaders have zero idea on how to manage, grow and develop a business nevermind how to treat employees.

Opportunity to work and collaborate with very talented teams with great potential.

Cons

Successive senior management changes have left the company in a downward spiral of chaos. Corporate strategy is unclear and poorly communicated, and the work atmosphere is hostile and intensely political.

The hourly is around 14 but the commission depends on how much your goal is. starts at 3% then 4% and no more than 5%

I would prefer more hourly
