      Pros

      The skies are the limit in earning profit share at the end of the year. However, this is a combined team-building involvement, from the warehouse to upper management, all to be informed to work in synergy. Attending or traveling for vendor training sessions is offered, and provides a great 401K plan.

      Cons

      For the profit sharing, you have to wait until the following year to receive them. Sometimes there's a lack of communication with upper management, and new intra-company computer logistics can have delays, hence keeping customers waiting more than the norm.
