Pros

Great people, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to make a real impact from day one. A fast-paced environment with talented colleagues and plenty of room to learn and grow. Love the product and solutions. Super technical environment. start-up with one of the best efforts and investments in people and culture I ever met. I had the opportunity to be the 1st leader in the recruitment and to build a team, processes and infrastructure. The founders are great partners to work with and they care about things (some people can see that as demanding, I see that as care). they understand importance of processes and good culture.

Cons

Like every start-up the pace, demand and level of investment are high, it's not for anyone who is looking “to kill time”. You need to roll up your sleeves and get to hard work - but it will pay in the future.

Pros

I love working at Port! It embodies everything I love about being at a startup. Every action from each team member has an immediate impact, and I truly feel like I can move the needle. I feel seen, trusted, and appreciated. I really enjoy my teammates and the company culture. Yes, not everything is planned out 6 months in advance, and sometimes priorities change and you need to adapt. But so does the market. At Port, I feel we’re agile and able to respond quickly rather than getting stuck in bureaucracy. Leadership is a message away and welcomes every employee's ideas and feedback. I don’t think many employees can say they have that level of access and direct communication at other places. It’s one of the things that makes Port such a special place to work.

Cons

I think working on a fast paced startup is not for everyone. Hours can be longer than your typical 9-5 and processes are still not fully mapped out. Can be frustrating but also can give you a chance to help map them out and have an impact.

"I feel seen, trusted, and appreciated" - that's exacly the culture we work hard to build every day. The chaos that comes with growing fast is real, and we know it, happy it feels like opportunity rather than something negative. Zohar (CEO)
