Pros

Benefits. Truly, the benefits are the only pros.

Cons

Management - they hire their family members (siblings, kids, nephews) with no qualification and experience while the rest of us have to pull their weight. Low salary - lower end of the market scale with higher end expectations, obligations, workload. Leadership - because they have hired their friends & family, nobody knows what to do, how to do. Racial & gender discriminative. Unprofessional conduct.

Pros

Getting to work with cutting edge identity and credential technologies and like-minded people who have been very supportive and genuine.

Cons

The company is an interesting mix of startup culture with some mature product lines, which can be challenging.
