Great team, variety in the type of work.

Cons

Over worked, expectation to be on call. Management covering their poor ability by transferring friends into senior roles. Management encouraging staff to sleep their way to the top. An embarrassing boys club. Bully culture.

Very old school mentality Inflexible working hours [pre 2013]. Run by Finance, projects take forever to get approved Autonomy is limited, quite restrictive
