Was good to take away the experience and learn from it.

Cons

Company boasts about having a great culture and is only concerned for their image & sales, not their employees or clients. No support given to it's employees in any shape or form. You are not made to feel comfortable to voice your opinion even though they supposedly encourage you to do so - Once you go against their opinion you are deemed an outsider and not understanding their "Brand". They also overload their employees with unrealistic workloads and expect you to reach your targets with no leadership or support.

So much 'corporate spin' it was sickening. Everything was written to make the company seem like the most incredible employer ever - great "culture" etc but that was only relevant to a few who provided "benefits". Senior Management playing favourites. Disrespectful to their customers - just after the sale and maintaining the "image"

This company used to employ the right personality of people, cared about their staff, and ensured there was a great work / life balance and culture. I write this as a pro, because it was when I started

Cons

The above mentioned culture is now non-existant. Upper management now only care about boxes being ticked and numbers being made.
