Pros

Lovely people and great office space

Cons

- Terrible leadership with a boys club mentality. - Promised clients the world in order to win business and then backed away when promises couldn't be delivered. - No work life balance and no working from home flexibility. - High pressure. - Too many redundancies.

Pros

Great culture and team, really interesting work and diverse range of clients. Clear progression pathways and leadership support to grow. Great benefits - phone plan covered and monthly wellness fund. They also have a great system for resourcing and allocating work - always opportunities to jump into new things.

Cons

Like any agency it gets busy so there are some periods that can be particularly stressful and harder to find work-life balance.
