We regularly look at competitor and market comparisons in regards to commission and we feel we have a strong scheme, along with some great incentives to reward our people, who we value highly.       Pros

      Good opportunity to gain experience and develop skills. Supportive colleagues and generally positive team culture. Work environment is professional and structured.

      Cons

      Communication from management can sometimes feel inconsistent. Workload can be demanding at times, with limited flexibility. A LOT of gossiping about each other.
