Pros

When it was WestLB, the company was very dynamic and fun place to work. Established some good long standing relationships with ex-colleagues

Cons

Indecision from management regarding which direction the organisation should head. Currently, no real business and process of winding up continues to be a drawn out process.

Pros

Great work life balance with stable work for the next 3 to 5 years. There could be potential upside.

Cons

Wind down portfolio with no new business. So work is dull and not challenging. Very limited career advancement. Upside potential is limited given competition from bigger and more reputable shops.
