Pros

Well positioned portfolio (diverse and growing). Very transparent in business decisions and company financials. Justin (Owner and President) is readily available and open to ideas. Great work/life balance.

Cons

-Building lots of "websites", but labeled as a custom software development firm. Should begin to invest in CI, Visual Design and UX. -Difficult at times to understanding who is responsible for what. -Stretched pretty thin which only allowed for being reactive vs. proactive.

Pros

Extremely cliquish toxic environment.

Cons

The CEO signs off on incredibly nasty behavior. You won’t get help when you need and ask for it and their expectations of what it means to be a PM are outrageous. Also the pay is lousy at best.

Pros

- Flex schedule - Complex apps to work on - Apple hardware - dog-friendly - Happy Hour every Friday - Agile - Great work-life balance - Weekly catered Developer lunches - Diverse clientele

Cons

- Need more staff to totally satisfy clients - No official work-from-home policy - room for promotion dependent on growing the client base
