Work with young adults. It's really rewarding to see their progress.
Cons
To many responsibilities for how little they pay. Have segregated group meetings for equalitywork. One for whites and one for P.O.C. it's sickening. If you are a person of color please do not work for them. Your voice will never be heard or valued.
