- company is stable by far - millions of people use their app - critical and interesting issues in production that you wont see in small local companies.
Cons
- No brainstorming, Seniors make decision of the architecture by themselves. - there are employee politics. - seniors treat juniors very badly, immaturely and lack of respect. - their code base is very bad, lots of people collaborates in a very short period, just to meet a deadline and eventually code base becomes impossible to maintain - their review, appraisal and probation system by far the worst - no extra facilities - very bad work life-balance - they micro-manage employees - they give you impossible deadline with an unmaintainable code base and will demands to deliver it even if you have to work tons of extra hours - senior engineers will cut-off half the estimation time, just to brag their superiority
