Pros

The company is growing fast, which brings lots of opportunities. The leadership has plenty of experience and products and services being built are really exciting to work with. Most people work remotely, but with opportunities to meet in off-sites.

Cons

Working remotely only sometimes brings challenges, but online communication is excellent!

Growing fast in a very hot industry. Because of the rapid growth there are so many opportunities for committed workers to make a huge impact. So if you like to jump in and create positive change this is a great place. Leaders are genuine and hardworking and willing to work on and assist with any task. 100% remote work is always a huge plus and helps to attract some high-level talent.

Cons

Rapid growth and startup vibes. if you are clock puncher and not excited about driving positive change, this may not be a good fit for you.

I really enjoy working here — the team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely great to work with. There's a lot of opportunity for growth, especially in a fast-paced startup environment. One thing I really value is how management truly listens to feedback and takes action, which makes a big difference. Being fully remote is also a huge plus, offering flexibility without sacrificing connection or productivity
