Pros

Benefits Lots of overtime pay from working late and working through lunch Fellow coworkers are awesome

Cons

The billing team has been a complete disaster for the past year. People have been leaving in droves and the management does not care to replace anybody. This department is now half of what it once was. Some people do not even have a manager as management refuses to backfill that headcount Billers are subject to being criticized by the site and management for not meeting impossible metrics and expectations from when the department was properly staffed. People are so stressed that that people are canceling their vacation or working during their vacation as there is no headcount to for having backup. The site the department's failures as an excuse to move billing back to their offices while asking billers here to train the person taking their job. The department was just told that it was mandatory to work through the Holiday weekends (Christmas and New Year) with one week's notice. People are asked to cancel vacation and plans with family that have been made months in advance. This is the type of announcement that's made at the company's "holiday celebration" and the department is bracing for more people quitting.

Pros

Benefits Location Many hardworking women in this company who deserve a promotion

Cons

Not an equal opportunity employer. Men are given preferred treatment. Management try to intimidate and threaten employees who speak out about discrimination and the lack of leadership and HR allows it. Toxic Environment! The company currently has a hiring freeze; however, they can internally promote several male employees to directors and managers with raises but not internally promote staff to do the actual work in the departments. Employees are stressed with the clear lack of leadership and vision from management.

Pros

Benefits are above average. Downtown Chandler is a great location. People can move around a bit because of turnover.

Cons

Can't keep good people. As they leave they are replaced by more 'yes' men that will not argue or stand up for the good decisions. Management lets the field offices run all over them, and the field takes complete advantage of this. Sexism is rampant in the Phoenix office. Men are given many more perks and growth opportunities. HR does nothing about it regardless of multiple complaints. The culture is TOXIC. Managers either are pretending nothing is wrong, or just have no idea how to improve so they ignore it and spin all bad things to be positive. Push for deadlines requires weekend and holiday work from Jan - March each year.
