      Everything from a Sales Managers Perspective. If you would like to find a place with poor pay, terrible leadership and no understanding of the market they are in this is your place! Avoid at all costs if you value a career.

      Pros

      Good US mgt. team, but they are powerless.

      Cons

      Overseas mgt. openly show contempt for the U.S. and its American employees. They are clueless of the US market. Goofy looking Euro styles, unrealistic expectations, no investment on inventory, constant threat of being fired, equal 75% employee turnover rate year to year. That's right they fire 20 out of 25 reps every year.
