Pros

Can work even until 5am in the morning!!!

Cons

Worked with this company for long enough to testify all their internal frauds they do to their workers! Make you work 80 hrs min a week and pay you S**T. This is a purely Indian owned non professional management who showcase them as a American company to get work. Clients suffer due to their incompetency. From the CEO to the last person in the company does not respect each other. This is the last place on earth you want to work at. Wouldn't even recommend that.

Pros

The only pro working here was that the industry that Posh focuses on is exciting. However, nothing else about Posh or its employees is flattering. I'm guessing that every positive review here on glassdoor is a "paid" review. I would highly recommend that any person looking to join this company do their research, take some of the current (previous) employees out of the office and in a comfortable environment to get the real scoop. CEO will make new potential hires meet existing employees, and due to fear, the employees will give you positive feedback during the tour. Do not fall for it.

Cons

Where to begin? First, leadership and innovation is virtually non-existent. The CEO and his wife (who runs recruiting) runs this place in a very non-professional manner. There is very little respect, trust or positivity in this work environment, and most days I hated coming in to work. Yelling matches are common, and the CEO talks down to pretty much all the employees. There have been rumors of non-payment of salaries, salaries being cut on a whim in spite of contracts, and borderline unethical practices with customers and partners. If you do intend on working here, be prepared for a high stress environment. not because the work isn't fun - like i mentioned, its a new and exciting industry, with plenty of opportunity. Its the company management - an employee should not have to worry about things like getting paid, having his employment terms changed randomly, being yelled at and ridiculed in meetings, having your email and browser history checked to make sure you aren't looking for other jobs, etc.
