The idea of Nymble is amazing and could do wonders if implemented properly

Cons

The company is stuck with an idea which they fail to market and they are unable to pull it out of the "DIY Hobby Project" phase. The management does not take into account the sentiments of the employees and treats them as commodities that they have purchased for a subpar salary
