      Pros

      The mission and vision of the company are exceptionally motivating to a person that wants to help other people. The management team is dedicated and works hard with what they have available to them to execute on their mission.

      Cons

      The company needs the proper funding to staff key roles effectively. Once Funding is secured I am very confident the team will accomplish its lofty goals.

      Pros

      - The company mission, vision, and management are excellent. It was the reason I joined the company at the first place: to work for a better cause, and together we can do better for the society. - Products are good and winning in the market. - The team is very talented, the best seeds. Management and team are genuine and supportive. - I like the flexibility in working hours. Good atmosphere. Better benefits. - Great location. Excellent work equipments.

      Cons

      - The company is going thru the normal challenges of a startup cycle with outside angel and venture investors. This kind of a risk was well conveyed and evaluated before I took the offer now over a year ago. It is tough when staff lose their job, both for those leaving and those staying, however there is a pathway forward and a way to rebuild all, including positive morale.
