      The project managers checks on your work from time to time to guide you on the things that are not clear on you. You have a direct contact to the Managing Director and every opinion of employees are important. The salary is competitive. The training is adequate. The company has a high regard to work-life balance. This company brings out the best in you.

      There are times that there are few projects to quote coming by that made the day feel a bit longer(this could be a pro to somebody.)
