      At the firm, each one is trained to take up complete ownership and accountability of their deliverables. This leads to immense exposure, and hence opportunity to develop and grow. Highly highly entrepreneurial workplace! It's a perfect place for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial ecosystem - likes to do new things, take up new challenges, solve problems etc etc..

      Cons

      Like any consulting firm, work is demanding - which is both positive and negative.
