      Pros

      The company has a team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs and OTs making collaboration easy and effective. Everyone there is supportive of each other and you can tell that the owner, Margot, truly cares about all of her employees. The services provided are compassionate, neurodiversity affirming, and effective.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any cons. It is an amazing company to work for.

      Pros

      I enjoy working here. Staff is always willing to collaborate. The focus remains on the kids progress and how to help the families. The treatment is individualized and RBT training is extensive. The kids progress speaks for itself.

      Cons

      High energy job. Need to be passionate about the field and helping others.
