Possibilities Northeast is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I worked there for one year and -sadly- recently left to pursue my education and career further, and I have nothing but good things to say about and praise to give to this place. The training to become an RBT far surpasses that of other companies, with a two week in-person training class to help you with the course, followed by training on the floor with clients before you continue on with your own. The management and support staff are the best I’ve ever worked with- every single person is supportive, encouraging, and truly helpful, willing to put their all in to help you be your best for your clients. And the other RBT’s you will work alongside are some of the best people you will meet, who are all passionate about the therapy they are providing and doing their best for their clients. PNE is a compassion-based therapy clinic, meaning empathy is at the core of everything they do for their clients and their RBT’s, and I can genuinely vouch for that. This company is kind, encouraging, and supportive, and the life-changing work that you get to be a part of is truly incredible. The clientd and kids you meet and bond with are the best part, and every single person in this company cares about and celebrates the progress each kid makes, both big and small steps forward alike, and is patient and empathetic in the tougher times. The growth you get to see in your clients is amazing, and PNE celebrates each client where they are at while striving to assist them in reaching their highest potential. I miss it so much already!
