Pros

Work life balance only pro I can think

Cons

If you disagree with management or try to address problem that range from etichal to operational be prepared to be mobbed and defamed by your higher up and human resources. If you want a good culture and meritocracy get out from this company. Usually your manager is someone tied with politics or have family or friend that are big boss in Rome. Also old coworker that are in the company since when Poste was a public company are highly unskilled and prone to gossip.
