      Pros

      PCC is close to BART and downtown.

      Cons

      Communication is not well thought-out. Pay is low compared to other sales jobs. Absolutely no room for advancement. Technology is way behind, and the company is losing business because it can't (or management refuses to) keep up with competitors. Too many disorganized meetings. Ownership fosters nasty competition between sales reps.

      Very limited number of pros The building was nice

      Cons

      Terrible Management who break so many labor laws. Top Management doesn't do anything all day and multiple reports of sexual harassment. They do not provide any training and then reprimand you for your performance.
