Pros

Potential of Out of Home expertise Exposure to large brands/work across a range of projects Some smart people Good culture for younger employees & those starting out in career Media owner relationships - strong networking potential Opportunities for flexible working

Cons

Expectation Vs reality Unrealistic company goals set from Executive Leadership Team Poor remuneration Linked to global network - all decisions tend to take a long time as tied up in group deals/bureaucracy People treated as a cog in the wheel - skills are undervalued and underappreciated Flexible working applications unclear All work potential is tied to the larger agency groups - a lack of agility to forge independent work

Pros

- Fun events organised mostly by some of the suppliers and not the company - Free drinks & food also provided by suppliers - Global company with great list of clients - Good learning & working experience in media

Cons

- Terrible management lacking people skills, understanding or simple common sense - Not a friendly environment with great culture at all - Bullying atmosphere and ignorance from fellow co-workers & management alike - Micromanagement, lack of trust or independence in making own decisions - Terrible pay and unrealistic demands - Long hours and difficult to take time off when needed - Lack of management support - High turnover - Poor staff training and development - Only looking for fresh graduates so they can offer minimal pay and manipulate them as they please

Pros

There are some really good benefits, like they pay for your gym membership and provide breakfast.

Cons

They could really do with more integration of the different teams as people in different parts of the company do not know each other.
