Pros

This place will not let you have a life outside of the 4 walls.

Cons

This place is a modern day cult, you are not worshiping God at this place but you are worshiping two people who are the leader of the church.

Upper Level Leadership Is Unqualified

Pros

They know how to find creative talent.

Cons

The executive pastor and rest of executive leadership is terrible at money management. They will go months (MONTHS) without paying contractors because they do not have the funds. They are so bad at this that there are dozens of local businesses who refuse to do business with them. The turn-over rate of employees is astounding. 5 campus pastors in the time span of 2 years. The only people who “make it” within the organization are people who suck up to executive leadership and don’t ask questions. It is the most in-healthy organization I have ever seen. They abuse and use their staff, and have no respect for anyone but the lead pastor... who by the way, teaches in staff meetings that your appearance is the most important thing. Also, if you value honest, good people skills and feeling valued as a person, this is NOT the place for you.

Pros

What I was taught: what my potential is, to have confidence in myself, how to be a go getter, how to collaborate with other departments, creativity, how to be loyal, to have courage through trying situations, and to honor those around me.

Cons

The work hours (Tuesday-Sunday plus events) They don't respect the time you do have off The low pay and being overworked Their lack of willingness to accommodate to staff during hard times or with families with such a demanding work schedule.
