Pros

No pros that make Potential stand out amongst the rest.

Cons

Poor management of clinical skills of staff thus resulting in poor delivery of services. Management is out of touch and unaware of the everyday happenings of the clinical staff. Clinical management staff is rarely on site. RBTS seem burnt out and unhappy-poor oversight of RBTS. No standards on hiring RBTS.

Thank you very much for your feedback. While no organization can be a perfect fit for every employee, we are open to feedback and want to work with all of our team members to continually improve their experience. -No work/life balance, work more than 3 nights per week: We do not currently have any staff who are working nights. We do have a huge need for after-school hours which are generally around 3:30-6:30 with most sessions ending at 6 pm. The expectation is that anyone who is full-time must have at least two after-school days available to support their full-time status. -Pay is not comparable to cost of living: Although we’re a non-profit organization, we’re proud that our minimum hourly rate is $17 per hour and that our full-time behavior technicians receive a guaranteed salary which is a rare benefit in this field. Additionally, full-time staff earn a competitive wage, paid time off, a retirement plan with matching, health and dental insurance, and many other benefits. -Limited support regarding more behavioral clients: We always welcome feedback about any additional support needed to best serve our clients and employees. We would have welcomed the opportunity to hear more about this and address it with you. -Job description is not reflective of duties: Again, we would have appreciated the opportunity to hear the specifics about this concern and address it as a team.

Pros

It's been said that "Some people make things happen, some watch what happens and some wonder what has happened." At Potential, we actually make things happen. It's not easy, but when you see the progress clients make over time, it validates the effort and generates greater motivation.

Cons

Very demanding (if that's a con) and sometimes long hours.
