Pros

Les gens, sans hésitation. En 8 ans, j'ai eu la chance de travailler avec des collègues exceptionnels, aucun ego, une entraide sincère, et une vraie passion pour ce qu'on fait. Potloc offre aussi de belles opportunités de croissance interne. Plusieurs personnes arrivées comme stagiaires ont grandi jusqu'à des postes de leadership, c'est un signe fort de confiance envers les talents de la maison.

Cons

Des incertitudes financières qui pèsent sur le moral de l'équipe et rendent l'avenir difficile à planifier. Potloc gagnerait aussi à embrasser davantage le full remote. La culture en place est déjà forte et n'a pas besoin du bureau pour s'épanouir, mais la direction semble encore très attachée au in-office, ce qui peut devenir un frein à l'attraction et à la rétention des talents.

Loved the company culture and the people there!

The company has struggled to meet the (very ambitious) revenue targets over the last few years, resulting in added pressure on everybody. Culture has suffered from this, with top talents leaving the company.
