Awesome team environment, everyone is really nice. You are more independent, management trusts you to work on your own after you are trained and you control how much money your going to make. This job teaches you discipline, you have to work for what you want, college kids seem to think everything will be handed to them coming straight out of college but the work world doesn't work like that. Regular work hours Monday-Friday.
Cons
Don't receive benefits until after a term of employment. Also if you are the type of person that doesn't finish what they start/ a quitter this isn't the job for you, if you stick with this company you will make good money.
There is a ton of independence
Normal business hours (no late nights or weekends)
A ton of long term income for those who make it through the whole program
Cons
Territory distribution goes to the management's favorites
High turnover rate for employees
Door to door sales
Misleading compensation regarding the "base" salary
