      Culture has changed dramatically in the last six months, very poor leadership from the leadership team, there is no coaching or support, you are constantly managed with visitors taking pictures of your shop with no contact with the store teams then used as a stick to beat the store's up with, toxic culture with the company offering no real strategy other than to blame the managers, if you are already in a quality retailer think twice about moving, this company won't help your CV.

      Hostile environment, diminishing resources, people managed out rather than developed, increasing pressure to hit unrealistic targets, 60 hour weeks with no remuneration, nepotism,
