      Philosophy has value, but management is the joke of the industry.

      The original philosophy here has value, but no one is there to actually embody and deliver it.

      Cons

      This is one of the absolute worst companies to work for in the industry. Gatekeeping talentless and uninspired directors, afraid of being found out that they are in over their heads. Entire failed markets, autopilot outlets, absent management, an “old friends” system protecting what seems like no show jobs, unanswered emails and phone calls, wasted resources, and misplaced trust have this operation about to spiral into dissolvement.

      Non Management coworkers and networking.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment. Unethical practices towards employees. Your complaints to HR are ignored and they will try to start building a case against you. They pay you minimum wage and think that they're entitled to treat you terrible and over work you. But are very quick to punish you for even having over time when you are forced to work as a bartender for tips because they don't want to pay their managers actually a salary.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment filled with retaliation and intimidation. HR is internal and meddles in each bars affairs. Bar and upper management have been caught covering up assaults, payroll discrepancies and abuses of power. This company has been sued multiple times for breaks violations and continues to DENIE staff breaks at several locations.
