Pros
The people in the company are really warm, friendly, kind and create a great atmosphere to work in. The top of the building office in Ljubljana is spectacular. There were some people in the management who were really open to change, constructive criticism, and suggestions. We had really awesome breakfasts, great picnics.
Cons
The top management is less open for constructive criticism and I heard that they involve themselves in some projects too much.
