Pros

You are given ample opportunity to grow as long as you work and do a good job. Salary is negotiable and reasonable Great place to start if you don't have real world experience yet. They are really good about hiring people to give them their starting experience. Benefits are good complete with Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k. Up to 10 days vay cay, Bank hours and holidays off.

Cons

Turn over can be bad if work is bad, and work is bad if cell companies put projects on hold or don't want to start new projects.

The people I worked with were very nice and supportive. They cared about the quality of the work they did.

Cons

This company is not a strong enough player in the local market to obtain and keep enough work to support all the people they hire.
