Pros
As you expect, Power 106 is a fun work environment. Celebrities come through regularly and you feel like you are at the center of pop culture. Most employees are very good at their jobs and you get a lot of support in your role
Cons
The upper management all has been there for more than a decade and the politics are what you would expect from an organization with such longevity. You hear, "We can't do that," more often than you should. The organization wants to be modern, but it is trapped in outdated management and technology practice.
