      Pros

      not much. Management is stuck in cubes, working conditions are attrocious and the culture is counter productive.

      Cons

      If you enjoy training yourown replacement and hiring people for a certain project/purpose, then your boss inventing something new at the last minute so that yourproject remains unmoving then this is the place for you.
