      Doesn't feel like an overall team. A couple of managers manage the floor and we don't know what everyone else does.

      Overtime and union. Union is just there.

      The pay is good, and there are some good people working there.

      Since the company was purchased by a corporation a few of years ago, office politics have escalated. Benefits "reshaped", and stress levels elevated. Bill Wiener is no longer CEO
