Pros
Good people, fun environment when management is not micromanaging everything. It's a smaller employer so the good thing is, you can get to know everyone on a personal level.
Cons
To many chiefs and not enough indians; management makes decisions in a vacuum and is very secretive; they don't treat employees who are leaving with the same respect as they do when they are walking im the door; dishonest business practices and constant turnover hinder the ability to service clients in an ethical manner; management cares more about their own agenda than the best interests of its employees.

added benefits need more time on sales people minds during presentations and not considered an after thought.
