No professional respect: They don't respect your profession even if you are a licensed engineer. Blame culture: Even if the mistake was made by another department, the engineer always gets blamed in the end. Unfair charges: You will be charged for system errors or if a module gets broken while working. No incentives: There are no extra incentives, and supervisors often take the credit for your repairs. Issues with tips: Engineers don't get tips because the front-line or supervisors take them for themselves. License exploitation: They use your professional license to renew business permits without even asking for your permission.

Hope culture has improved. Not sure why they hire some of who they have hired
