Certain departments that have people who have worked there during the company growth period have way more pull than they should. Certain folks think they are entitled to promotions just because of their tenure yet have no real skills and quite frankly should have been fired long ago and they know it. These are the people driving the company into the dumps and fingers crossed they realize it soon.
