      Pay is often incorrect. HR often gives you incorrect information. Lack of communication between shifts and upper management .

      Sometimes you get a TON of overtime. I was working 13 10 hour shifts straight with 2 days off at one point

      Cons

      I had to train both my managers 1 month into my job. The one was particularly dangerously dumb and had a temper.

      There are a handful of passionate people who try to improve the workplace culture and safety conditions. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, upper management puts production ahead of safety, culture, and their employees' well-being. Employees are considered expendable and consistently undervalued.
