Business outlook
Pros
Great starting pay - $40.00 per hour with little relevant experience. Multi dollar raises every year so far plus quarterly bonuses. Great service manager and project coordinator, they take really good care of us.
Cons
Owners argue with each other a lot, even yell during meetings, that's a little weird.....but they are great with us employees. They recognize and celebrate LGBTQ issues which makes me smile.
