      Pros

      Working with a great bunch of creative, passionate, fun people on some great programmes with big brand clients. Freedom to work the way you want and contribute to the company’s growth. An open and honest culture with flexible working arrangements, good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      No real cons - just lots of work to keep you busy.

      1. The team are amazing! 2. The work is exciting....helping companies outperform others is so much fun! 3. Super Flexible working arrangements 4. The product is the best in the market by far! 5. The work environment is "cool" 6. The benefits are awesome, I love my points! 7. They practice what they preach! 8. P2M gives you transparency and insight into every facet of the business

      - Flexible working - Small team so we each get exposure to all aspects of the business - Very close-knit team - Fun environment to work in - Perks: yoga on a Tuesday, PT class on a Thursday, Fri-YAY drinks, team-building days like go-karting/mini-golfing, quarterly target celebrations - Management are very approachable and very supportive in driving personal growth within the organisation - Relaxed dress-code

      I can't really fault the company - it works super well for me!
