Pros

Pros does not contain any item. But yes Most Important 1) The company situated in Heart of Udyog Vihar Phase 4, sometimes i feel i am a labor. 2) You can see number of pigs in front Office gate, that you will not able to find in entire Gurgaon. 3) No parking space , so if you are bringing your car to the office think about some miracle ' How to keep your car in your pocket,

Think About before choosing P2S 1) If you have any query from our very talented HR team they wont be available, bcz most of the time they busy with leaking the confidential information to each and every department. 2) Genuinely there is no career growth, no objective. 3) Talented people ( tech team ) cant find enough time to work bcz most of the time they are spending in planning instead of execution.

Poor Mangement, HR and culture

Pros

1) Wonderful business model which has been adversly effected by poor planning

Cons

1) Most of the top management is from a failed past venture or from smaller failed companies. Their planning and strategic thinking skills are poor. 2) HR is the weakest link of the company. HR head does not have any say in the company and works as a puppet in the hands of other functional heads who hired him. 3) Favouritism is at the crux of the culture of the organisation. Most prominent positions are filled by the relatives of the top management and hence negatively effects the working of the organisation. 4) Many of the functional heads including sales, Finance and HR are poor at team handling. They have their relatives in their teams who take undue advantage of their relationships with the heads. 5) work environment and culture of the organisation is extremely poor. 6) Due to poor planning skills of the functional heads, job security of the team members depends on the metal trade cycles. 7) Half of the employee force was shown the door because the management could not manage the metal down trade cycle well and investors threatened to pull out.

Pros

Being a startup, you get to work on projects from scratch. You can use new technologies.

Cons

1. Too much office politics. 2. HR is not employee-friendly. They keep trying to reduce employee satisfaction as much as they can. 3. The CTO is a complete maniac. A highly-paid show-off. Thinks of the developers as labour literally.
