Exciting high paced environment with a sense of purpose. Saving lives and reducing serious injuries with cool tech.

Cons

In a period of transformation which will challenge people who don't embrace change but this is setting the people, systems and business to lead the industry.

Pros

Good staff, most mid to low level employees are very helpful.

Cons

Very bad senior leadership. CEO is openly confrontational and rest of C and VP level there to fill their own pockets. No proper onboarding or Training. Company is constantly losing good employees. Too many issues with products.
