Very stressful work environment with high turnover

Pros

I can't think of any good reasons.

Cons

The owner Jaimie likes to tear down employees, making them feel like their work isn't good and that at any moment they can be fired. I think he enjoys seeing his staff on edge. He micromanages everyone and everything and is quick to tell you how bad a job you're doing, even when other managers tell you otherwise. During the reviews he gives you an ultimatum to either take a 20% pay cut or basically quit. Turnover is VERY high. Bottom line, the stress of wondering if I would get fired every week was not good for my health. Save yourself the headache and find employment elsewhere.

Poor leadership & communication

Pros

You will learn a lot and be exposed to a myriad of trials and tribulations that will prepare you for a much better opportunity.

Cons

You will be expected to perform beyond your job description without increased compensation. I constantly performed dual roles, excelling and keeping positive rapport with those we contracted for. However, those with the same title would only have to perform a fraction of the person handling multiple roles. Company puts on airs about how processes are so key to the company's success yet most of the time management did not even know what the processes were. Fellow employees also seemed to be lost when it came it came to following documented processes and claimed that they were not available to them. Spent a lot of time having to correct other employees' errors at management's request because they did not want to do the proper thing: train those who need it and have knowledge transfer throughout. Also, had the displeasure of working with a gentlemen who became easily irate and constantly "mansplained" simple concepts to me, which was unsolicited. The best part was that he could not even handle the basic tasks of his job. The president of the company will also claim that he has "no idea what it is you do for the company". Quite insulting considering upper management had me take on special tasks because "nobody else can give the same quality results". Please do yourself a favor and avoid working for this company. The turnover rate is incredibly high and most employees are very unhappy there. You will be promised many different things that will never come to fruition & when you call them on it you are deemed "inflexible".

Pros

A few good people there

Cons

- Morale is very low, the owner Jaimie calls you into his office monthly to berate you and make you fear for your job, irrespective of how well you do or how man hours you put in. - extremely high turnover, you'll be under the impression that theyre just starting out and expanding rapidly, but the reality is that they lose more than half their new hires in a year. - Backstabbing management. Since fear is the the Jaimie's MO people in management survive by throwing others under the bus to avoid blame. - Put in tons of overtime for free and get nothing - Owner makes you write fake reviews.
