Lack of teamwork, they will throw you under the bus first, push the blame to you if anything happens and take credit of your efforts. Lack of training or close to nonexistent, you will be so busy that you would not have time to develop yourself nor nothing is in place to develop you as well. Lack of work life balance or close to nonexistent, you will work long hours, have meetings at odd hours and you're expected to be available at all times whenever they contact you. Lack of stability in your role, people come and go so often, it's not surprising to hear someone leaves out of a sudden. Run for your life, you will thank me one day.
