Pros

Pros? What Pros? Close to nonexistent.

Cons

Lack of support and guidance from your direct manager, go figure things out on your own. Lack of appreciation from the management team, whatever you have contributed is never enough and they're doing you a favour by giving you a job. Lack of processes and resources, you'll end up doing multiple roles for an underpaid role. Lack of employee benefits, what you are given today may change in the future. Lack of teamwork, they will throw you under the bus first, push the blame to you if anything happens and take credit of your efforts. Lack of training or close to nonexistent, you will be so busy that you would not have time to develop yourself nor nothing is in place to develop you as well. Lack of work life balance or close to nonexistent, you will work long hours, have meetings at odd hours and you're expected to be available at all times whenever they contact you. Lack of stability in your role, people come and go so often, it's not surprising to hear someone leaves out of a sudden. Run for your life, you will thank me one day.

Hard work but you make a difference in the IT industry

Pros

You work from home if you are not close to an office. Great people and great projects to work on, with the latest technologies. You really are part of a team and can suggest things, changes, and improvements as a professional software developers.

Cons

It's quite hard sometimes due to deadlines and projects to finish. You usually have to work more than 8 hours a day, more like 9 or 10 in some cases, but then when the release of your work is done it's satisfying that really big companies will use what you've done and so you are actually changing how people work in the IT and online world.

Pros

Core team is very passionate about everything we do, with a very experienced and clever staff. Loyalty, initiative and hard work is rewarded. Love what you do! You are not confined to rigid role definitions, you can be versatile and use all your skills/experience across the company. We have a welcoming team all over the world - AUS, USA, ASIA, EURO...

Cons

Expect to hit the ground running. Powerfront does not mess around when it comes to delivering results - perfect for anyone who wants to start demonstrating their abilities as soon as they join.
