Pros
Small team allows for great first hand experience for every team member Colorful and creative office space Work hard, play hard mentality Regular reviews/promotions Contemporary, smart team Good client variety without account work overload Fun team building/outings Opportunity to be apart of a growing OC office Management is open to new ideas and is transparent with the team
Cons
Since it is a small team it can sometimes mean long hours or filling in on a variety of projects which isn't necessarily a con but more so typical of both the PR industry and boutique agency setting It is a growing/newer company which presents a lot of opportunity, but with that comes some inevitable hiccups and learning experiences
